The ACTV® AT-S Series Segmented Diamond Saw Blades are designed for high-performance dry and wet cutting applications across tough masonry and construction materials. Manufactured with high-concentration industrial diamond grit matrix welded onto a heat-treated alloy steel core, these blades deliver rapid material removal and extended service life under heavy site conditions. The deep-slotted keyhole segment design facilitates optimal airflow for core cooling, rapid swarf ejection, and reduced heat buildup during continuous dry cutting. Suitable for angle grinders, circular saws, and masonry saws operating at linear speeds up to 80 m/s.
