4-1/2 Inch (115mm x 22.23mm) P80 Grit Abrasive Flap Disc - Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel Grinding & Finishing Wheel for Angle Grinders (13,300 RPM Max)
-
The Enfou® CS-45-EN-FD P 80 Flap Disc is an industrial-grade grinding and finishing wheel designed for 4.5" angle grinders. Constructed with overlapping abrasive cloth flaps anchored to a durable fiberglass backing plate, it provides continuous exposing of fresh abrasive grains during operation to maintain a fast cut rate and long service life. Rated for maximum operational speeds up to 13,300 RPM (80 m/s), this disc is suitable for blending welds, deburring sharp metal edges, rust removal, and surface prep on carbon steel, stainless steel (Acier Inox / Rostfreier Stahl), and alloy metals. Manufactured in compliance with international safety standard EN13743 and certified by MPA.

Key Features & Standards
-
Dual Material Versatility: Optimized grain formulation performs efficiently on both soft carbon steel and tough stainless steel (Inox) without surface scorching.
-
High RPM Safety Rating: Engineered and tested to safely sustain rotational speeds up to 13,300 RPM (80 m/s).
-
Overlapping Flap Architecture: Delivers a smooth, cushioned grinding action with reduced vibration and lower noise levels compared to rigid grinding wheels.
-
Certified Quality Standards: Fully compliant with European EN13743 and MPA safety standards for abrasive disc stability and spin safety.
⚠️ Safety Warning: Always verify the maximum speed rating of your angle grinder does not exceed 13,300 RPM prior to mounting. Mandatory protective gear must be worn during operation: safety glasses/face shield, ear protection, dust mask, leather work gloves, and protective footwear. Ensure the grinder safety guard is correctly fitted before starting the machine.
