Designed specifically for substrates with empty rear cavities—such as drywall (gypsum board), plasterboard, hollow blockwork, and acoustic ceiling tiles—these anchors distribute heavy loads over a wide surface area behind the wall.
Featuring a long, fully-threaded machine bolt paired with spring-actuated folding wings, installation is effortless: fold the spring wings flat to push through a pre-drilled hole; once past the substrate thickness, the wings snap open automatically behind the wall panel. Tightening the screw clamps the expanded wings firmly against the backside of the wall, creating a permanent, high-strength anchor point that resists pull-out forces.
