  • The prema-flex® 230mm Depressed Center Abrasive Cutting Disc is manufactured in Slovenia to European safety standards (oSa 12739 certified) for high-performance steel cutting in fabrication, construction, and metalworking applications. Formulated with aluminum oxide abrasive grains (Specification: A 30/36 V-BF) bonded with reinforced resinoid matrix for fast stock removal, minimal burr formation, and extended wheel longevity. Designed with a depressed center hub profile (F42 / Type 27) that allows flush cutting clearances and enhanced stability under heavy cutting pressures on standard 230mm (9") angle grinders. Capable of operating safely up to 6,650 RPM / 80 m/s peripheral speed.
