Galvanized Malleable Iron Beam Clamps
Suspend heavy piping systems, HVAC ductwork, electrical cable trays, fire sprinkler lines, and Unistrut channels directly from structural steel beams without drilling or welding using our Heavy-Duty Galvanized Malleable Iron Beam Clamps. Engineered for high structural load capacities, these C-style beam hangers clamp securely onto the flanges of I-beams, H-beams, channel iron, and structural angle steel.
Featuring a hardened steel cup-point set screw equipped with a heavy hex locknut, the clamp bites into structural steel to prevent slippage under heavy vibration and dynamic loads. The bottom and back faces are precision-tapped with standard metric threads (M8, M10, or M12) to receive fully-threaded drop rods, eye bolts, or hanger fittings. Coated in a heavy electro-galvanized finish, these clamps offer long-term resistance to rust and atmospheric corrosion across commercial construction, MEP installations, and industrial facilities.
Key Features
-
No-Drill / No-Weld Installation: Attaches directly to structural steel beam flanges, eliminating field drilling, structural weakening, hot work permits, and welding setup time.
-
Vibration-Proof Cup-Point Set Screw: Hardened steel set screw bites firmly into the steel flange; the integrated hex locknut wrenches down to lock the screw permanently in place.
-
High Load-Bearing Malleable Iron: Cast from high-grade ductile/malleable iron to withstand extreme tension, shear forces, and mechanical shock loads.
-
Dual-Tapped Threaded Base: Features female metric tapped holes (M8, M10, or M12) to thread standard drop rods directly into the clamp base.
-
Corrosion-Resistant Galvanized Coating: Heavy zinc plating protects the body and fasteners against high humidity, condensation, and atmospheric rust.
